If you need to return an item, you can do so within 28 days of receiving it. Please contact us to arrange a return.
Return Conditions:
- Items must be unused or in a resalable condition, with original packaging.
- For hygiene reasons, we reserve the right to refuse a return, refund, or exchange if the item does not meet these conditions.
Please note, if more than 28 days have passed since you received your item(s), we cannot accept a return.
Refunds:
If your item arrives damaged or faulty, we will issue a refund or replacement. Please email us a photo or video of the issue at contact@mop-pro.co.uk, and one of our team members will respond within 3 working days to arrange a solution.
Refunds for eligible returns will be processed once the item has been received and inspected.
