Delivery
Order Processing
Orders are usually processed within 1 working day after payment has been confirmed.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email.

Once your order has been handed over to our delivery partner, Mop PRO no longer has direct control over the delivery process. While we aim to meet estimated delivery times, delays caused by couriers, weather conditions, or other external factors may occur.
For this reason, delivery dates cannot be guaranteed.
Incorrect Delivery Information
Please ensure your delivery details are correct when placing your order.
Orders are processed automatically and delivery details cannot be changed once an order has been placed.
If incorrect information is provided and the parcel needs to be re-delivered, an additional delivery fee may apply.
Lost or Missing Parcels

Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return:

- Items must be in their original condition
- Items must be returned in their original packaging
Due to hygiene reasons, Mop PRO reserves the right to refuse a return or exchange if the item shows signs of use or damage.
Returns requested after 28 days from delivery cannot be accepted.
Damaged or Faulty Items
If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
We recommend using a tracked delivery service, as we cannot be responsible for returns lost in transit.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.
If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 working days.
